After 3+ years living in PDX I finally went to to Rose Festival Waterfront Village. Admission was totally worth it as I got to play out with some digital night shots- I don't have much experience shooting at night, but I was pleased with some of the unpredicted results.

Yes is has been a blustery past 5 days here in Portland Oregon, where the city is being hit by the storm of the millennium- ARCTIC BLAST 2008!!!! Few braved the extreme weather conditions.
